Our mission is simple: make clinical work simpler, safer, and more connected across Australia, reducing errors, saving time, and empowering every support worker, nurse, and manager to focus on care, not admin.
Horizon began where most care providers find themselves: buried under admin. While studying and working across hospitals and aged care, our founder spoke with nurses, support workers, and NDIS providers who all described the same frustration: too many disconnected systems, too many logins, and too much time lost just trying to stay compliant.
Rostering lived in one app. Medication management in another. Progress notes somewhere else. For small NDIS providers, the cost of juggling three or four systems was enormous, and the people on the ground paid the price in stress and lost time.
Meanwhile, frontline staff were switching between tools that didn't talk to each other, or falling back on paper when the software got in the way.
